Capital Arena Policies & Guidelines<\/strong><\/h3>

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and organized experience for all guests, athletes, and staff, Capital Arena<\/strong> has established the following policies:<\/p>

1. General Policies<\/strong><\/h3>

\u2705 Operating Hours:<\/strong> The arena is open from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, with event-specific schedules.
\u2705 Entry Requirements:<\/strong> All guests must present a valid ticket or accreditation pass upon entry.
\u2705 Prohibited Items:<\/strong> Weapons, illegal substances, outside food & beverages, large bags, fireworks, and other hazardous items are not allowed.
\u2705 Dress Code:<\/strong> Proper attire must be worn at all times. Offensive clothing or inappropriate attire may result in denied entry.
\u2705 Lost & Found:<\/strong> Found items will be held at the Customer Service Desk<\/strong> for up to 30 days<\/strong> before disposal or donation.<\/p>

2. Safety & Security<\/strong><\/h3>

\u2705 Security Screening:<\/strong> All guests must undergo security checks, including bag inspections and metal detectors.
\u2705 Emergency Procedures:<\/strong> In case of an emergency, follow staff instructions and proceed to designated exit points.
\u2705 Medical Assistance:<\/strong> A first aid station is available for minor injuries. For serious medical emergencies, contact arena personnel immediately.
\u2705 Children & Minors:<\/strong> Children under 12 years old<\/strong> must be accompanied by an adult at all times.<\/p>

3. Event Policies<\/strong><\/h3>

\u2705 Ticketing & Refunds:<\/strong> Tickets are non-refundable and must be purchased from Capital Arena ticketing booth or via online booking via this website.
\u2705 Seating Arrangements:<\/strong> Guests must sit in their assigned seats unless instructed otherwise by staff.
\u2705 Photography & Recording:<\/strong> Flash photography, drones, and professional video recording are prohibited without prior approval.
\u2705 Fan Conduct:<\/strong> Disorderly behavior, harassment, or violence will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the venue.<\/p>

4. Facility Use & Rentals<\/strong><\/h3>

\u2705 Reservations:<\/strong> Venue rentals for private events must be booked at least 3 days<\/strong> in advance.
\u2705 Damage & Liability:<\/strong> Guests are responsible for any damages to arena property during their visit.
\u2705 Advertising & Promotions:<\/strong> Unauthorized flyers, banners, or sales promotions are prohibited without prior approval.<\/p>

5. Food & Beverage Policies<\/strong><\/h3>

\u2705 Concessions:<\/strong> Only food and beverages purchased from arena vendors are allowed inside.
\u2705 Alcohol Consumption:<\/strong> Alcohol sales are restricted to guests with legal age, with valid ID. Overconsumption or disruptive behavior will result in ejection from the premises.
\u2705 No Outside Food:<\/strong> Bringing outside food or drinks is strictly prohibited.<\/p>

6. Parking & Transportation<\/strong><\/h3>

\u2705 Parking Areas:<\/strong> Designated parking is available for guests. VIP and handicapped-accessible parking spaces are limited.
\u2705 Ride-Sharing & Public Transport:<\/strong> Guests are encouraged to use ride-sharing services or public transport to reduce traffic congestion.
\u2705 No Overnight Parking:<\/strong> Vehicles left overnight without prior approval will be towed at the owner’s expense.<\/p>

7. Code of Conduct<\/strong><\/h3>

\u2705 Respect for All:<\/strong> Discriminatory behavior, hate speech, and offensive language are strictly prohibited.
\u2705 Compliance with Staff Instructions:<\/strong> Guests must follow directions from arena staff, event staff and security personnel at all times.
