January 17, 2023 – The MANPOWER SKILLS TRAINING PROGRAM, in partnership with TESDA ISAT, is now accepting enrollees to the following courses/qualifications:
Classes in all courses will be every FRIDAYS and SATURDAYS, from February to May 2023, at TESDA ISAT, Calamagui 2nd, City of Ilagan, Isabela. Short Courses on Soap Making, Fish Processing, Meat Processing, Bread Making, Theoretical Driving Course (3days) and others are also available upon WRITTEN REQUEST from barangays, groups or organizations.
