Capital Arena Policies & Guidelines

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and organized experience for all guests, athletes, and staff, Capital Arena has established the following policies:


1. General Policies

Operating Hours: The arena is open from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, with event-specific schedules.
Entry Requirements: All guests must present a valid ticket or accreditation pass upon entry.
Prohibited Items: Weapons, illegal substances, outside food & beverages, large bags, fireworks, and other hazardous items are not allowed.
Dress Code: Proper attire must be worn at all times. Offensive clothing or inappropriate attire may result in denied entry.
Lost & Found: Found items will be held at the Customer Service Desk for up to 30 days before disposal or donation.


2. Safety & Security

Security Screening: All guests must undergo security checks, including bag inspections and metal detectors.
Emergency Procedures: In case of an emergency, follow staff instructions and proceed to designated exit points.
Medical Assistance: A first aid station is available for minor injuries. For serious medical emergencies, contact arena personnel immediately.
Children & Minors: Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.


3. Event Policies

Ticketing & Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable and must be purchased from Capital Arena ticketing booth or via online booking via this website.
Seating Arrangements: Guests must sit in their assigned seats unless instructed otherwise by staff.
Photography & Recording: Flash photography, drones, and professional video recording are prohibited without prior approval.
Fan Conduct: Disorderly behavior, harassment, or violence will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the venue.


4. Facility Use & Rentals

Reservations: Venue rentals for private events must be booked at least 3 days in advance.
Damage & Liability: Guests are responsible for any damages to arena property during their visit.
Advertising & Promotions: Unauthorized flyers, banners, or sales promotions are prohibited without prior approval.


5. Food & Beverage Policies

Concessions: Only food and beverages purchased from arena vendors are allowed inside.
Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol sales are restricted to guests with legal age, with valid ID. Overconsumption or disruptive behavior will result in ejection from the premises.
No Outside Food: Bringing outside food or drinks is strictly prohibited.


6. Parking & Transportation

Parking Areas: Designated parking is available for guests. VIP and handicapped-accessible parking spaces are limited.
Ride-Sharing & Public Transport: Guests are encouraged to use ride-sharing services or public transport to reduce traffic congestion.
No Overnight Parking: Vehicles left overnight without prior approval will be towed at the owner’s expense.


7. Code of Conduct

Respect for All: Discriminatory behavior, hate speech, and offensive language are strictly prohibited.
Compliance with Staff Instructions: Guests must follow directions from arena staff, event staff and security personnel at all times.
Zero Tolerance Policy: Any form of violence, vandalism, or illegal activity will result in immediate removal and possible legal action.
